There is direct access to the dam for swimming, kayaking, canoeing, fishing or just relaxing.
Trailer boat and Jet Ski access to the dam is only 1km from the property and features a safe boat ramp, ample parking and BBQ/picnic area.

Autumn offers the beauty of seeing trees turning colors to orange & yellow. While winter is often frosty and fresh, you'll be able to snuggle up in front of a wood fire place and stay warm.
The Granite Belt is best known for being the only place in Queensland that Snows from time to time, generally in early July.
